Finance Analyst - CA

Job Responsibilities:

Operations

- Support Project Controllers on work package reviews, billing, collections, tax compliance, BG, LC- s, Bond management, hedging, etc

- Partner with Site Controllers and Planning team to set up operational dashboards on Planning & Forecast meetings

- Adhoc support to Controllers on improving the site review decks and financial analysis

- Periodically support book closing, finalization, budget exercise for respective business segments

Controlling

- Periodical Balance Sheet reviews, working capital forecast, monthly submissions to banks/ Financial Institutions, etc

Management Reviews

- Coordinate & prepare for Periodic Sales & Cash reviews with Project Teams

- Assist in the preparation of monthly operational slides (Site/ Project Reviews)

You are expected to play an active role to support the various Operations teams: pro-active, flexible, innovative, close to your Business needs.

This role will give an overview of the budgeting exercise of the respective function, along with details of how the work package/ cost reviews are carried out. This is a high visibility role & will involve closely working with senior leaders across the organization

A potential role could be to get into Project / Industrial Controlling in any of the transport segments.

Requirements:

- CA with having done article ship from a Big Four (preferably a Rank holder)

- Should have cleared CA in 1st attempt

- Ready to work under extreme stress situations

- Autonomous, proactive, deadline driven Flexible & Able to push innovative ideas

Reporting: This position reports to Project/ Site Controller in Madhepura
