Job Role :

Conducting detailed analysis of the financial statements on a monthly / quarterly basis involving financial spreading on Moody Risk Analysis (MRA), Ratio Analysis, EBITDA Analysis, Reconciliation of the Actual EBITDA and the Compliance EDITDA.

- Conducting Quality check of the output of the financial spreads done by the team and ensuring compliance to the process performance standards i.e. timely and accurate delivery of output to the customer.

- Preparing associate-reporting status (Process Dashboard) on a weekly basis

- Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level

- Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience

- Meeting CTQ targets and performance standards

- Planning targets, monitoring numbers and achievement of overall targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis in adherence to the pre-set standards

- Study Business debt Schedules, Financial Statement notes, Automated Financial Systems (AFS), Bank Online Supporting System (BOSS) to ascertain business leverage and their ability to support loan payment.

- Monthly reporting to the manager
