Job Function: Finance & Admin.
Job Location: Ahmedabad.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Finance :
- To ensure that Income Tax returns, TDS Returns i.e. quarterly and yearly returns and liaise with a tax adviser for all tax matters.
- To reconcile the returns filed with books of accounts periodically To issue TDS certificates with Digitally Authorisation.
- To ascertain the tax liability of employees and contracted employees and to plan TDS accordingly.
- Scrutinizing and accounting for all Hotel and Travel bills Associated with all Banking transactions.
- Salary working and disbursement to all employees of the organisation. Monitoring filing systems.
Admin :
- Responsible for managing procurement, housekeeping and vendor management.
- Monitoring, managing and negotiating annual maintenance contracts and maintaining records/documentation.
- Maintaining and updating employee records and coordinating recruitment projects
- Monitoring facility compliance and ensuring a safe working environment for employees
- Responsible for housekeeping, security as well as the office-assistants.
- Managing infrastructure maintenance of the premises.
Requirement :
1. Candidates having a finance background with 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Administration role.
2. Profile would include an administration job as well.
3. Good communication & writing skills.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduate.
- MBA / CA preferred
