About our Client - Our client is a leading Italian manufacturing MNC in the engineering space with a revenue of over $500 mn with a 15% YOY growth in India. With extensive expansion plans in India they are looking for a Finance & Administration manager to head the finance function out of their corporate office based out of North Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO of the company your responsibilities would be:

- Preparing and monitoring the accounting, financial reporting and budgeting process as per IFRS and I GAAP

- Maintaining cordial relation with bankers and managing the treasury function

- Managing debtors collection and handling the accounts payable process

- Carrying out payroll processing for employees during month end and ensuring correct application of TDS is passed

- Formulating of policies for all administrative related activities and complying with company standards

The Successful Candidate -

- You are a CA/MBA with 4 years of post qualification experience in the manufacturing space.

- You have prior experience in a standalone process in the managerial finance position.

- Women candidates will be preferred.
