Finance & Accounts Compliance (Non Secretarial Compliance) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handling fundamentals of Accounts till finalisation, - Handling Audit requirements, - Ensure Income Tax and GST compliance - Handling scrutiny, Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously - Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues - Interacting with Tax officials and ensuring governmental compliance - Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary - Comply with financial policies and regulations - Reconcile accounts payable and receivable - Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate CANDIDATE PROFILE: - PGDM/MBA from a tiered College with specialisation in Financial Management / Qualified CA/ Semi Qualified CA with experience working in Accounts compliance - Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills EDUCATION: MBA/PGDM in Finance, Qualified CA / CS
