Summary of Role / Profile:

Focus of the Function:

- This role will have the primary responsibility of leading F&A function for E&A banking vertical, managing service delivery, designing roadmaps for process improvements and industry expertise, and leading large team & directing enterprise initiatives. Maintaining & continuous improvements in processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs and maintaining a positive work environment.

- Exposure to very complex F&A functions viz. Group Consolidation, Statutory & Regulatory Reporting .Gives exposure to Shared Services operating model.

- Operations lead from client organisation, Client CFO’s, Support functions, Global Operating Leader

- 10+ Years in managing complex F&A Operations
