For one of our client, a Leading Manufacturing MNC, we are seeking a Finance & Accounts (Operational)

Position : Finance & Accounts (Operational)

Experience : 2+ years

Location : Gujarat (Navsari)

Responsibilities :

- To plan, supervise and control all finance and accounts activities of the Company Standard Product Costing based on the annual business plan.

- To manage the entire finance and accounts function of the company

- Review of Accounting Policies, Notes & Other disclosures

- Preparation of Balance Sheet & submission of management reports

- Contribute towards expense management.

- MIS, preparation of Annual Operating Plans, BRS

- Responsible for handling direct tax matters of the Company

- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements and to ensure that the audit is completed without any significant audit observations.

- To manage the entire finance and accounts function of the company.

- To provide guidelines, training on Export, import, Domestic Sales documentations, Invoicing etc.

- To oversee all the related regulatory compliances including corporate tax assessments.

- To ensure smooth completion of Internal, Statutory, Tax, Transfer Pricing & corporate Audit.

- Annual corporate tax planning.

- Preparation of Annual Business Plan and continuously reviewing and updating the same with LE (latest Estimates).

Educational Qualification :

- CA

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealing with relevant government department

- MNC experience is valuable

- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

- Highly flexible a team player, able to see things from the other person's point of view & detail orientated.
