Finance & Accounts Manager - Infrastructure Investment Trust - CA

A leading Mumbai based infrastructure investment trust company is looking for a Finance and Account Manager to join their team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct budgetary reviews with the budget controller on a monthly basis.

- To ensure timely closure of statutory and tax audits for HO and SPVs.

- Preparation of monthly / quarterly / half yearly and annual accounts for the HO and SPVs in consonance with IGAAP and IND AS.

- Preparation of account consolidation

- Preparation and presentation of quarterly, half yearly and annual results and Budgets to the Board of the SPV and the Management of the Company.

- MIS presentations of monthly business / project review budgets and variance analysis

- Responsible for the closure of internal audits.

- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Co's Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act, Service Tax, GST and etc

Required Candidate profile:

- CA qualification is mandatory

- Min years of Work experience: 3 years

- Experience in working with Infrastructure BOT (Toll) projects is preferred
