Finance & Accounts Manager

Job Description:

- Preparation of Financial Statements as per IGAAP

- Preparation of financial MIS

- Budgeting

- Meeting reporting requirement of Holding Company

- Dealing with auditors – internal as well as statutory

Critical Exposure/Experience

- Experience in preparation of financial statements and audit

- Experience in consolidation of accounts

- Financial model preparation

- Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes

- Advance knowledge of Excel

- Having experience from top 4 Chartered Accountant firms – either as article trained or post qualification

- Good communication skills

- Knowledge of IFRS transition from IGAAP accounts especially related to construction/real estate project accounting, service concession agreements would be an added advantage

Required Candidate Skills:

CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience : between 4.5 yrs to 8 yrs exp.

Excellent communications skills required.
