Finance & Accounts Head/Chief Financial Officer - CA - Micro Finance/FinTech

The incumbent will lead & head the complete F&A for the lending company. will lead compliance, accounting, book closure, investor relations, reporting, MIS, taxation, audit etc.

Looking for:

1. A CA

2. 7+ yrs exp.

3. Someone who loves the challenge of working with a start up.

4. Has experience of F&A in NBFC, micro finance or lending company,

5. Handled compliance of RBI, SEBI etc. good reporting & investor relation exp.

6. Experience of building processes

7. Experience of handling teams

8. Prefer Experience of managing investor relations
