Finance & Accounts - CA - Mfg/Industrial

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The person should be proficient in Accounts, Finance, Auditing, MIS Reporting, Taxation with manufacturing industry (Heavy machinery/industrial products)

In detail:

- Cost accounting and pricing:

- Costing of the Product-preparation of Cost sheet for various products, Managing costing of products, advising the team members on the cost, margin analysis, product profitability, product pricing etc.

- Allocation / Absorption of overheads.

Audit : Complete handling of:

- Quarterly Limited Review Audit/Year end Statutory.

- Internal Audit/Group Company Audits/External Audits

- Developing the Internal Controls in recommendation of Internal Audits and reporting the status.

- Ensuring the C&F Control, C&F Audits/stock audits.

Exports and Imports:

- Complete handling of exports and imports of the company.

Banking and Legal:

- Closely coordinating with the bankers for limits and submission of CMA, FFR’s, project report and Monthly Reports to Bank.

- Complete legal handling in co-ordination with the Advocate for Customer related Legal Issue.

Other Functional areas:

- Corporate taxation

- Insurance Matters: Suggesting policies and process of insurance claims

- Delegation of Authority Matrix.

- Inventory Management: control, valuation and review of stock write-off

- Customer management: Credit Limits Fixation/ Distributor Appointment/Bad debts review/collection review

- Debtors and creditors ageing analysis

- Complete Setup of Fixed assets register

- SAP: Implementation issues, New process and add on requirements.

Education qualification:

6+ years of post CA qualification is mandatory.
