Job Description

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in US GAAP, US Accounting, 3 years exp in a managerial role,

- Must have a degree in CA, CPA

- Must have experience in the BPO Industry or have worked closely with a US entity.

- Strong advisory and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and all levels within the organization.

Min. Experience required for the Job: 8+ Years.

Required Technical Skillset:

- Person will be responsible for end-to-end US accounting and MIS.

- Worked on ERP, NetSuite experience will be an added advantage.

- US GAAP experience must.

- Inclination to work with new systems/software, data crunching ability, aptitude to automate repetitive tasks.

- Responsible for the transition of work, setting up and documenting processes.

- Efficiently Lead a team of 4-5 individuals.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Willingness to work in US working hours.

- Collaborate with the US F&A team.

- Review the team's work for accuracy and reliability.
