We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Founder Office Professional. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, be well-groomed, and have a strong background in business management, financial management, and stakeholder collaboration. The candidate should be a qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities :

Communication :

- Communicate effectively with co-founders, stakeholders, and team members.

- Draft and present proposals to stakeholders and potential investors.

Financial Management:

- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

Business Management:

- Support in strategic decision-making and business planning.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.

Meeting Management:

- Plan and organize meetings with co-founders, stakeholders, and team members.

- Prepare agendas, minutes, and action plans for meetings.

Adaptability:

- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle different scenarios and challenges.

- Take initiative to address issues and find solutions proactively.

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

- Proven track record of handling meetings and making effective presentations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- Qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of relevant experience.
