Filo EdTech - Institutional Partnership Role - Government Sector

Job Overview:

Our program Sampurna Shiksha Kavach is one of the path breaking programs in education for government schools. We are looking for candidates to join our institutional partnership team who have worked in business development & resource mobilisation via initiating, nurturing, developing, converting and running projects with government agencies - district, state & national level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative partnerships with government authorities in Orissa

2. Prospect for potential new partnership opportunities, analysing their feasibility, shapingspecific opportunities, presenting recommendations internally, and negotiating funding agreements.

3. Suggest and implement creative, relational strategies for activating new partners

4. Work collaboratively across all departments as an advisor and partner on areas impacted by business development activity.

5. Own the sales cycle from target and prospect identification through to contract close, collaborating with others in the organisation as appropriate.

6. Identify, research and cultivate new strategic relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 4-6 years of business development experience and a proven track record of business development success.

2. Experience with business development with government agencies.

3. Strong planning and project management skills.

4. Strong organisational skills and attention-to-details.

5. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with key stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organisation.

6. Good organisational and time management skills to help keep projects on track.

Education - Any Graduate or Post Graduate with a relevant experience
