Brief of Role

- Exposure of direct tax compliance, litigation & advisory

- Independently represented before assessing officer

- Exposure of Representation before CIT, ITAT (Income Tax Appellate Tribunal)

- Drafting of replies to notices & submission of required documents.

- Preparing and consolidation of tax data for tax payments and filing TDS returns on a periodical basis, also filing corporate tax returns.

- Ensuring all direct tax compliances of the company and timely response to tax authorities on all their queries to avoid penalties.
