Responsible for entire operational activities related to Marketing and Admissions.  4.	Interfacing with top management to develop short and long term organizational goals & objectives.  5.	Spearheading all marketing and business development activities at National level.  6.	Develop Marketing plans to achieve the target in different programs at National level.  7.	Generate revenue through effective sales strategies.  8.	Creating Market for various existing / new programs.  9.	Designing and successfully implementing marketing & promotional strategies for all centers.  10.	Establish relationship with schools and educational institutions.  11.	Ensure speedy resolution of queries, maintain excellent relations with schools with schools / educational institutions to generate revenues for additional business.   12.	Conducting seminars / presentations to schools / students.  13.	Representing company at various educational events and industry meets.  14.	Managing MIS based reports required by the management from all centers.  15.	Keeping close track on competitors strategies and plans.  16.	Review targets regularly and take and take corrective actions / change strategies as required.  17.	Effective man management.  18.	Handling and motivating all India Admissions team through Regional Heads.  19.	Responsible for creating micro websites of all centers and regular updation.  20.	Ensuring timely communication of various policies to all the centers and implementation of the same.  21.	Responsible for providing various details like testimonials, photographs of toppers etc. required time to time by the management from all the centers.  22.	Smooth conduction of various National Level activities like FTRE, FTSE other admission tests / AITS etc.  23.	Compilation of results of IITJEE and other competitive exams.  24.	Designing & implementing E-marketing strategies / campaigns.  25.	Ensuring 100% student satisfaction at all centers.  26.	Ensuring optimum utilization of marketing budget / promotional material at each center.  27.	Evaluation of all Reward exams / other admission tests.  28.	Complete National logistics.  29.	Service of NCRP enrolled Students.  30.	Handling of All India associate test centers.  Desired Profile  1.
