Strategic Responsibilities - Ensuring alignment with the vision, aspirations, and goals of the founder. - Develop a company culture that is aligned to shared core values. - Work closely with and/or lead marketing, styling, and visual merchandising teams to ensure the fashion approach is incorporated into the DNA of the overall customer experience of the brand. - Ensure KARfA by Kartikeya, the in-house bespoke fashion brand, becomes globally recognized. - Liaison with other brands/influencers to ensure that the brand has an excellent presence on all required social media platforms. - Build a lean core team for our next phase of growth. - Design business goals and strategies to ensure the good health of the P&L of the company. - Closely monitor each KPI and drive overall performance against organizational objectives. - Establish and promote the brand, represent the company at various events, conferences, etc. - Regularly refine the product vision including fashion strategy based on a deep analysis of the aspirations and needs of our customers. Key Requirements - Experience in the working of fashion business is mandatory.
