1. Hands on experience in business modeling.
2. Experience of developing & Implementing companywide MIS by business lines and corporate level
3. Experience in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
4. Experience in driving Business Process Improvements across multiple functions
5. Ability to identify key business levers and create Business performance indicators for them for regular monitoring
6. Analyze business performance on monthly basis and report to senior leadership team
7. Review internal audit reports and implement recommendations in time bound manner
8. Identify areas of business improvement and ability to take targets on them
9. Ability to present and conduct discussions with leadership team
10. Experience in project appraisal and project performance review
11. Ability to multi task
Education & experience: CA/ MBA with experience in Financial planning, MIS, business review and strategy.
Experience of working in a start up or early stage company will be an added advantage
