Job Summary:

- The incumbent will be responsible for managing National Accounts (PAN India ) of Modern Trade in terms of revenue generation and relationship management.

Account Management:

- The incumbent will also be responsible for developing strategic alliances with new accounts and define the trade terms with them

- The incumbent will also be responsible for achieving strategic annual operating business plans for the defined national key accounts

- The incumbent will also be responsible for ensure smooth running of daily operations and solving Customer issues on a daily levels

Brand Management:

- The incumbent will be responsible for negotiation for visibility and in store branding for all accounts under his portfolio

- The incumbent will be responsible for planning and implementation of consumer and trade promotion activities to sustain and enhance the image of overall existence of the company in modern trade

- The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring significant shelf space and merchandising in all key accounts

Liasioning:

- The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with the SCM team to ensure supplies on time

- The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with brand management team to develop consumer preference by executing planned consumer promotions & events at quarterly basis

- The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with the internal team (Finance, Sales, Manufacturing) to ensure efficient servicing of key accounts

Competitor analysis:

- The incumbent will be responsible for tracking competitor's activities and communicating the same to the brand & sales management team for corrective actions

Category Management:

- The incumbent will be responsible for Planogram, Visibility of products.

- The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiencies (Fill rates- Stock Fill /Case Fill)

- The incumbent will be working closely with the Trade Marketing Team for Trade Marketing Initiatives and Execution

- The incumbent will be responsible for Customer Relationship management at Regional and National Level
