Purpose of the Job :
Manage and Develop the Beverages Business for FieldFresh Foods through Distribution and Category Interventions
Deliverables :
Expected Key Results :
- Deliver the Beverage Business through Sales Function though GTM interventions across Sales Channels
- Ensure Focus on Category across General Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service and Key Accounts/Exports through programs and categories.
- Develop category through S&D initiatives across the country..
- Build Case for exclusive beverage distributions across focus geographies
Category Management :
New Launches, Packaging, Promotions, Communications, Insights, Market Inputs on Collaterals
Competition Overview :
- Key Customers interventions to improve off-take at POS
- Monthly category plan in discussion with region/channel heads.
- Inventory Management and Production planning to ensure optimum inventory and minimal write offs.
Salesforce Engagement :
- Work Closely with Regional Sales Heads to ensure focus and drive behind the category. Ownership of all beverage initiatives across regions.
Commercial :
- Ownership of profitability of category through prudent management of spends and identifying opportunities for savings.
