Purpose of the Job:
To ensure smooth working of all the front end operations related to key accounts servicing and relationship management in order to generate and grow continuous sales from the existing food services customers as well as generating new customers.
Expected Key Results :
To ensure achievement of the business targets
- Achieving business plans - like Volume and Value
- Ensuring implementation of sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives within allocated accounts.
- Managing and servicing existing customers with respect to product supplies from origins, and increasing business from the same customers.
- Customer Mapping: Gauging potential of existing customers and mapping potential new customers.
- Managing product/services offerings and achieving targets of booking, revenue, collection while ensuring profitability.
- Promoting and selling the product lines to key accounts.
- Building business and sales plans (volume, profitability, product opportunities, promotional plan, etc.) for each customer with sales targets by product category, and monitoring them monthly.
- Carrying out monthly or quarterly sales reviews and tracking each customer's sales performance and contribution with a specific plan of action to stimulate sales.
To build and sustain strong customer relationships
- Developing exceptional relationships with customers and ensuring organisation to organisation relationships.
- Ensuring team readiness to meet customer requirements at any time.
- Ensuring organizational gains through long term business/projects from customers.
- Bonding well with internal teams to ensure that the teams believe in customer centricity.
- Developing strong long-term relationships with key trade personnel.
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers in order to know and understand their strategic business orientations so as to build a joint strategy for company's products.
To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales
- Ensuring customer requirements are captured and shared with the NPD team for both common and proprietary products for replication and development.
- Coordinate with quality team to ensure agreements related to product labeling and specifications are adhered and providing necessary regulatory documents to the customers.
- Ensuring that commitments made by the company to each key account are respected in close collaboration with the Finance, Logistics and Transport Department (volume, price discounts, monetary commitment, promotional plan, etc.)
- Ensuring timely communication of business needs and opportunities to key Sales and Marketing personnel.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge and understanding of food industry
Knowledge of food service, HORECA and QSR business

Educational Level
- Graduation: Any specialization
- Post-Graduation (Must have) : PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management.
Working Experience :
Must have: 5-8 years of experience of handling the key accounts in a FMCG company, preferably HORECA and QSR.
Salary offered: 6 - 12 LPA
