SPOC for SAP interactions:

- Centre for all SAP related requirements

- Close liaison with the user, develop understanding on requirement and business purpose

- Work closely with SAP team

- Track development inter department and with SAP team

- Ensure timely closure

Pricing control in SAP:

- Single point access for all pricing

- Ensure timely updating of pricing (including amendments) in SAP basis approvals as per DOA

- Communication to all concern on the pricing update

- Quarterly pricing validation

- Ensure correct VAT in system

Management Reporting:

- Close liaison with cross function teams to develop business understanding

- Ensure timely reporting as per prescribed formats

- Carry out variance analysis and preparation of analysis report to the stake holders

SAP master data maintenance:

- Single point contact for SAP masters like Item code creation, GL creation etc.

- Ensure protocol compliance and approvals as per DOA

- Total control on SAP masters and single point contact for all developments

- Timely management reporting

- Ensure correct pricing in SAP and proper approvals as per DOA

Control over product costing:

- Workup cost and margins for new / current products

- Challenge cost considering different parameters eg Margins, Increase against last procurement etc

- Highlight scope for price increase, wherever possible and implement approved increases.
