Purpose:
To generate business, along with the right channels and healthy team work to achieve the set goals and sales target in the concerned area.
Expected Key Results:
Responsible for a various key accounts in his area - To manage relationship, generate sales and handle the issues:
- Generating secondary sales through best in shop visibility and availability.
- Having good relationship in the trade and giving value addition to the customer and consumer.
- To handle Modern Trade clients like Big Bazar, Dmart, Hypercity, Spencers etc
To ensure sales growth:
- Ensuring increased distribution coverage and merchandising of Del Monte brands.
To ensure market intelligence:
- Updating the team on the changes happening w.r.t the products, offers and stocks and also informing them about the trends in the industry.
To identify outlets for deployment of point of sales material (POSM):
- Understanding the salience of the outlets for the products.
- Tracking high volume and image driven outlets.
To manage the customer and consumer:
- Negotiating with the customers and intervening in the operational issues.
- Building relationships with clients.
To maintain MIS:
- Preparing sales budget, forecasting and market intelligence.
To manage teams:
- Training of Sales Executives and distributor salesmen and logistics staff to gather relevant information for reporting.
