Responsibilities 1. HR Process Management: Oversee and manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, and time and attendance. - Streamline and continuously improve HR workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Compliance: Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Stay informed about changes in employment laws and update HR processes accordingly 3. Employee Data Management: Oversee the accurate and secure maintenance of employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. - Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making. 4. Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll data and address any discrepancies. 5. Employee Relations and Engagement: Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to address employee concerns and ensure a positive employee experience. - Facilitate and enhance employee engagement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, organizing events etc. 6. Systems and Technology: Manage and optimize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records. - Collaborate with IT to implement new HR technologies and tools to enhance operational effectiveness. Who we're looking for: - Master's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven 5+ experience in HR operations, with a focus on process management and system administration. - Strong knowledge of HRIS and other HR technologies. - Understanding of regulations, and compliance requirements. - Excellent organizational and project management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
