Feet on street / field sales in the assigned territory- manage a field sales team in different territories
Develop B2B customer relationships and drive sales
Forecast sales, develop sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness in the field model
Evaluate customers- needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Meet personal and team sales targets
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
To ensure product visibility across shelves.
To get Market feedback.
To ensure branding for the Division.
You enjoy coaching and teaching your team to continually improve how they deliver numbers.
You- re leading the team with all aspects of the Customer Experience, including: operations, training, employee management, and asset protection.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to drive numbers
Timely execution of all FOS plans
Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions
Manages all activities related to the team and its performance
Salary Range: 7 - 9 LPA
