FMR India collaborates with its parent organization in strengthening Fidelity's endeavors to enable clients in achieving lifelong financial independence and peace of mind.  Role Description :  The Service delivery leader is responsible for the end to end delivery and client management of a portfolio of operations (Business Services/BPO profile work streams) under the business groups in Enterprise Delivery & Solutions.  The selected individual must meet the following criteria :  - Ensures delivery against department goals and objectives  - Drive process KPI's and ensure a strong focus on deliverables.  - Customer / Partner centricity acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance.  - Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments  - Manage the day-to-day operations of a complex business unit  - Accomplishes operations objectives by recruiting, orienting and coaching, counseling employees.
