BU Overview

In the Workplace Solutions Sales Organization, the Pricing & Acquisition Consultant team supports the WS Small- Mid Market Sales team by completing all off-line sales and operational activities on behalf of the Sales Associates. Participate in all operational aspects of the sales process from prospecting phase through handoff to Implementation: including but not limited to investment support, fund mappings, prospect and deal related information in the CRM tools, proposal delivery, creation of pricing versions and hand off processing to WI Operations - DC Implementation.

In Workplace Marketing Solutions & Experience (WMSE), the Communication & Education group is responsible for creation and distribution of different communication pieces to participants. This includes Fund changes, Marketing and customer support requests, etc., A large part of communication stems from the regulatory obligation that our clients have towards their participants.

Role Description

- Engage directly with business partners to provide support

- Demonstrate knowledge of core systems, processes, and resources used by the Sales and C&E Group

- Identify ongoing opportunities to enhance PAC and Process Optimisation group within C&E.

- Aspects of the sales process from prospecting phase through handoff to Implementation: including but not limited to investment support, fund mappings, prospect and deal related information in the CRM tools, proposal delivery, creation of pricing versions and hand off to Implementation

- Participate in regular weekly team meetings/calls, monthly/quarterly collaboration sessions, ad hoc Design Thinking sessions Perform user acceptance testing on newly automated or enhanced Sales and C&E User Developed Applications.

- Understand how to avoid risk in role by following established procedures and keeping procedures current

- Proactively identify issues, process improvement, and cost saving ideas

- Collaborate with global team members on automation opportunities, process improvement ideas, and solutions to improve the customers- end-to-end service experience

- Work on Salesforce and WorldClass to support prospecting, new business, and corporate actions processes

- Collaborate with other Process Optimization associates to build and enhance C&E support processes

- Manage a team of business analysts and software engineers supporting the groups

Candidate Description

Experience influencing / collaborating in a large matrix-managed environment, and across multiple and diverse groups.

- Strong listening, communications, and analytical skills.

- Critical thinker with good judgment and initiative.

- The diversity of functional business experiences (e.g. client, operational, systems, marketing, investments, customer service).

- Understanding of the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Methodology is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence effectively at most levels of management and peers.
