Business Unit Overview   The Compensation & Benefits team is part of Human Resources function that is responsible to drive the total rewards strategy for the organization. In collaboration with key stakeholders, the team builds solutions to implement reward and benefits programs that sustain Fidelity's meritocratic culture while ensuring competitive positioning in talent markets Fidelity operates in.  - Design, implement compensation programs based on needs of associates, market trends  - Provide advisory to senior management and businesses on various attraction, retention and ongoing management of compensation plans  - Manage programs such as pay / performance cycles to deliver right outcomes  - Support hiring related compensation decision for staffing function  - Monitor & ensure compliance with key legislation  Candidate Description :  - Ability to collaborate and work with senior business leaders across geographies  - Strong knowledge of HR platforms and programs across employee life cycle  - Subject matter expertise in compensation (plan design and execution)  - Experience in working with virtual teams  Role Description :   The role will involve a combination of strategic advisory, program management and seamless execution of activities as part of the Compensation function.
