Fiction Content Head - Telugu/Kannada GEC - Media

- Act as the custodian for all fiction content on the channel

- Should have through knowledge on scripting

- Create a plan for the channel based on relevant research & understanding on what kind of Fiction works for each band

- Set & discuss ratings target with the senior management and ensure adherence to them

- Set quality controls & efficient cost techniques in the production chain

- Plan with productions houses for scripts and ensure timely deliveries within stipulated budgets with strict adherence to story line and quality controls

- Ensure broadcasting rules & regulations are maintained and there are no violations

- Ensure content has drivers shows and Fiction are well represented

- Daily storyline analysis to identify highs & spikes for shows

Experience:

- Atleast 10 to 15 years of programming experience in the Telugu or Kannada GEC space
