Ferrero - Senior Brand Manager - Nutella - FMCG Experience Mandatory - Market Analysis : Develop the strong understanding of consumer, competitive and brand health. Maintains updated knowledge of consumer behavior, products, competitive position and related market trends and drivers. - Brand Strategy : Defines and proposes brand positioning and strategy including a definition of a marketing mix, consumer target groups, pricing, etc based on depth market research and analysis. - Promotions, Co-Marketing, and Sponsorship Propose co-marketing and sponsorship activities, in accordance with the target positioning and in coherence with the Brand Equity - Marketing Projects : Develops and implements (within the budget limits) the operational marketing campaign to achieve the defined marketing objectives - Sales Planning : Draws up the sales plans for the different product, detailing the promotional activities to be carried out during the various phases (per session, monthly, etc.). - Budget Management : Ensures in line with business objectives the proper management of budget - Packaging : Proposes new for mats and packaging designs (to R&D) - Relationship Management : Develop and Maintain a working relationship with external vendors, Media houses, Research agencies and Advertising agencies for promotional activities and Brand initiatives - People Management : Manages internal relations, assuring an effective management of the human resources, guaranteeing the motivation, the evaluation and the professional development Shared with Marketing Manager & HR
