Role Overview :

Ferns & Petals (FNP) is the leader and pioneer of the concept of gifting in India. Started in 1994 as a Flower Shop in Delhi, we have now over 430 outlets all over India, delivering happiness across 500+ cities. We also have an international presence in UAE, Singapore, Qatar, Kuwait etc. with further plans for quick expansion. This position is for the e-commerce division of FNP India, FNP UAE, and FNP Singapore (fnp.com,fnp.ae & fnp.sg respectively).

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager who will be a part of new product initiatives in Ferns N Petals. This individual will live and breathe the product and will need to understand our customers better than anyone. The spectrum of your tasks ranges from innovative product innovations to optimizing the efficiency of products. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, has proven product management experience, and is equally comfortable working with all stakeholders. The work environment is fast-paced and result-oriented.

Key Responsibility :

1. Product Management for FNP.com/FNP.ae/FNP.sg

2. Collaborate with Developers, Business users and call Centre team / Partner Team to visualize requirements better.

3. Defining features and requirements, Visualize, Plan; Execute/drive POCs for data configuration where needed. And Building Roadmaps.

4. Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing requirements specifications for new product ideas.

5. Support training to supporting operation team/QA/Backend Team/Partners

6. Coordinate with back-end developers in integrating with front-end/back-end configuration.

7. Perform analysis/debugging of issues/ data configuration in production systems during troubleshooting / escalating issues for bug fixing. UAT & Live testing / Perform (pre/post development) cross-browser/ devices compatibility test.

8. Handling Team Responsible for data mapping, backend configuration & and production support on the mentioned properties.

Desired Skills :

- Flair for good user experience leading to better usability and user interaction across various form factors/devices.

- Ability to empathize with stakeholders and customers alike to deliver "right" solutions.

- Understanding of online services, the Internet, and consumer software markets. Appreciation for online games is highly desirable.

- The ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment is a must.

- Proven ability to create business cases, detailed functional specifications, and wireframes, with an excellent track record of developing and launching online products.
