Role Summary: The hire for this position will be a part of the E-Commerce business vertical and will directly report to Chief Operating Officer - eCommerce. The incumbent will be accountable for driving business process excellence and deliver business results. Will Coach, mentor, and train the team in the methods and process improvement tools to increase the organizational capability to respond to problems. Essentials Significant change management experience within transformational and highly transactional environments focused on delivering top-line and bottom-line results would be helpful. Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a "best-in-class" continuous improvement strategy to enhance the Process Excellence function by defining standards and governance, tools, and methodology to build on executive engagement. 2. Identify, plan and implement multiple projects, studying ways (across multi-functions) to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, time management and recommend solutions that align with business priorities. 3. Measure, analyze, and evaluate existing processes, collect data to identify root causes, perform a cost-benefit analysis, and identify improvement opportunities develop metrics with KPIs to measure critical success factors. 4. Research process improvement tools, techniques, and technology to determine potential impact and opportunities to provide additional value to the organization. 5. Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, checklists, templates, and implementation procedures. 6. Facilitate process improvement meetings and workshops, including business process reengineering sessions, brainstorming sessions and various process improvement events. 7. Participate in NPS improvement project as a key state holder
