Summary : You will be a business adviser and partner, an enabler and an expert resource across our international markets to help expand the FNP business and in turn, earn the trust and internal/external reputations they need to succeed internationally Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities: Job Responsibility: - Identify new business opportunities across International Markets to create a sales pipeline in line with annual target - Building and developing an ongoing understanding of competitive landscape to identify potential market opportunities in international market - Identify regions and setup International Businesses in various countries from scratch - Strategies and put ROI for 2 years in place for each country - Provide sales projections on monthly basis to the management to establish clear sales visibility for complete financial year on a rolling basis for each country - Manage complete product cycle including competitor analysis, evaluation of regulatory guidelines, possible entry gateways, launching and positioning of the product as per the market search - Liaise with marketing, product &amp; technology teams to ensure brand consistency - Providing listing, visibility and promotion of FNP products on international market places (using both internal and external online tools) - To ensure products are in line with all requirements (product / certification / availability / supply etc.) of international market places in cooperation with central brand teams, logistics / certification and other departments on company's website - Utilizing market understanding to support the continued development, promotion and delivery of new and existing products, platform functionalities and capabilities - Lead strategic implementation of international marketing campaigns focused on supporting sales through both direct to consumer and distribution channels; &nbsp;- Lead all the international business operations processes including projects, from concept/definition through planning, execution, delivery, and adoption Secondary Duties &amp; Responsibilities: OPERATIONS &amp; PROJECT MANAGEMENT : - Coordinates all legal / financial points related to sales via international market places (in coordination with legal and finance department) - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Minimize the costs of sales on international markets places (commission, delivery, supply chain, etc.) - To anchor creation of short term and long term strategy for the International business
