Job Description :
- Execute Onboarding plan for best Onboarding experience. Collaborate with employees & respective managers for finalization of KRAs & KPIs. Administer PMS process on HRMS to the extent of final rating. Talent Acquisition
- Track important metrics like Attrition, Exit drivers and ensure exit feedback is captured.
- Administer Disciplinary process- issuance of letters, trackers till final closure.
- Facilitate Employee connect programs and support for success.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support employee full life cycle management from Onboarding to exit. Be the SPOC for all employee concerns/ experience and turn them into happiness.
Skills and Competencies :
- Business Partner Excellent Listening Skills Process Oriented Understanding of Employee life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills( Written & Verbal)
General Remarks :
- Prior experience in PMS, Onboarding
