FEMA & Compliance Finance Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:

You will be reporting to the CFO directly and will be accountable for all FEMA matters & compliance.

- To provide reports on the update in RBI regulations related to foreign trades / transactions

- Single point of contact for Management for all updates, queries on FEMA

SPECIFIC DELIVERABLE:

- Seamless working with all RBI master Circulars and FEMA guidelines

- Responsible for inward collection and outward remittances related issues, compliance and returns.

- Making Credit notes or debit notes related procedure

- Facilitating Merchant Trade

- Responsible for Overseas Branch operations seamlessly and laying down related SOPs

- Responsible for law relating to subsidiary management and various cross border payments and agreements

- Responsible for guiding inter-company transaction in different countries and adherence the laws of land

- Fully responsible for laying down guidelines for convertible currency transaction USD / Euro / Ruble etc

- Responsible for RBI approval if required

- Responsible for compliance related to Overseas banking limits / facilities and SBLC management

- Responsible for EDPMS / IDPMS management, due reportings, filing Returns and compliance

Qualifications:

CA/CS/MBA
