Location: One Fellow, IDSD in each of the following ITDA:
i. Paderu (Vishakapatnam district),
ii. Chintoor (East Godavari district),
iii. Rampachodavaram (East Godavari district),
iv. Seethampeta (Srikakulam district),
v. Parvathipuram (Vizianagaram district) and
vi. K.R.Puram (West Godavari district)
Duration of contract: 2.5 years
Responsibilities:
The Fellows, IDSD shall be responsible for the following at the ITDA level:
i. Overseeing the operations of Giri Seva Kendras, being introduced to provide various G2C services at the Gram Panchayat level
ii. Anchoring the pilots being incubated in public service delivery verticals of PDS/NREGS/Pensions/Maternity & Child Health/Scholarships etc.
iii. Identifying the areas of improvement in the aforesaid public services by way of streamlining the practices and processes
iv. Identifying existing mechanisms to establish accountability for effective service delivery and grievance redressal for various schemes (like social audits etc.) that can be integrated with the project delivery
v. Supporting capacity building mechanisms of community based organizations like Village Organizations to ensure streamlining of their operations with the objective of ensuring access to all citizens of welfare benefits
vi. Providing regular inputs to the Project Officer, ITDA and the Program Unit on specified metrics at the ground level to ensure continuous improvement
vii. Anchoring the reforms introduced in public service delivery
viii. Documenting the best practices in digital service delivery at the ITDA level
ix. Coordinating with various stakeholders including the Village Level Entrepreneurs, bankers, departmental officials, SHGs, community volunteers etc. for smooth implementation of GSKs, pilots etc.
Any other tasks entrusted, as relevant to the implementation of the programme.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3-8 years overall experience, preferably in the Government/Public/NGO sector. Experience of community mobilization, of running campaigns, rights based work would be preferable
Education: B.Tech/BCA, M.A. Development Studies/MSW/PGDRM or equivalent from a reputed University/Institution

ii. Preferably well versed with the eGovernance Systems
iii. Patient and comfortable working in a complex environment
iv. Strong commitment to collaborative work
v. Must be Telugu speaking
