Purpose of the Profile: The Data Analyst will work with cross functional teams across Data Science, Product & Services and Marketing team. He/She will be responsible for data extraction, cleansing, processing and creating reports using BI tools. The Data Analyst is expected to be extremely diligent as his/her inputs will be used for making critical business decisions by the leadership team. The role will require critical thinking to analyse the data for correctness, detect anomalies, analyse key trends and build analytical reports for consumption of various internal and external clients. High level of integrity is a key requirement as we are dealing with extremely sensitive and confidential healthcare data. Key Responsibilities : - To using Mednet -Hospital Information System (HIS) to fetch data of various departments to analyse. - Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. - Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. - Creating reports and analysis using Google Spreadsheets and BI tools - Improvise on new reports and dashboard creations for top management. - Provide suggestions on improvements with regards to revenue leakage. - Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. Educational Requirements : - Bachelor's degree from reputed Engineering colleges - 2-3 years of work experience as a data analyst preferably in a Hospital/Healthcare Service provider. - Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL and experience of working with relational and non-relational databases like my SQL, PostGres, Presto, Mongo (Athena/redshift experience is an added advantage) - Proficiency in any modern BI tools like Tableau
