Conduct research on real estate markets and macro-economic studies.  3. Conduct primary research, secondary research, etc.  Desired Candidate Profile:  1. Sharp analytical skills with a proven track-record in the real estate consulting practice  2. Street smartness with ability to represent Feedback in the market  3. Well-versed with MS excel skills  4. Ability to conduct primary research, consumer survey interviews, etc.  5. Excellent English writing / report preparation capabilities  6. Good MS PowerPoint skills  7. Excellent team player  Preferably from companies like JLL, CBRE, C&W, Colliers, DTZ, Knight Frank, BNP Paribas etc.
