- Minimum of 7 Year of Supply Chain domain experience with knowledge of Manhattan SCOPE WMS (preferably WM 2018 or above); configurations, implementations, troubleshooting and support and other Manhattan solutions such as Yard Management, Slotting Optimization, SCI Reporting, etc, preferred

- At least 5 years on experience in Supply Chain with functional knowledge of Distribution and 3PL Logistics with respect to Apparel, Fashion and Healthcare industry would be a plus.

- Will be responsible for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); including requirements definition, solution Design, Functional Specification, technical designs, coding, testing and implementation of WMS solution extensions and integrations.

- Experience with tier 1 transportation management applications such as MetaPack, Connect Ship, Logistyx or other leading multi-carrier parcel and LTL (Less Than Truckload) and TL (Truck Load) shipping systems.

- Experience in other related systems including Labor Management Systems (LMS), Yard Management Systems (YMS), Cognos Business Intelligence (SCI), and Warehouse Controls /Execution Systems (WCS/WES) with Manhattan WMoS to integrate with Unit sorters, conveyors, put to light, pick to light

- Manage Manhattan WMOS Product, SDN Deployments, troubleshooting of performance issues, WMOS database refreshes activities, WM Archiving, purge configuration & setup and Have knowledge in backups and recovery- BCDR (Business continuity Disaster Recovery) plan.

- Develop the Custom packing slip, Shipping label and all other shipping documentation based on Customer Business needs using Jasper Soft, Mark Magic and eFormz

- Experienced in report Development using Cognos

- Experienced in Interface mapping technologies EDI, tXML, GS1 standards

- Experienced in different Message broker technologies (i.e. Active MQ, IBM MQ, MIF)

- Demonstrated proficiency with XML, HTML, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, Job scheduling tools (Control-M, Automic etc.) and Other: knowledge of web service architecture, data modeling experience is plus

- Experience in different type of Barcode Generation/Usage GS1-128, EAN/UPC, Data Matrix, QR Code,

- Following Client projects from inception through delivery as the project requirements subject matter expert as well as fostering and maintaining strong Client relationships during and post design engagements.

- Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow; documents risk and identify mitigation strategies

- Understanding business processes and requirements and translating them to specific software requirements including BRDs & GAP Analysis for extension development. Provide leadership with hands-on and active engagement in the IT development, set-up & configuration, delivery of the solutions by leveraging Supply chain Solutions

- Participate in integration meetings with prospects/clients to determine system requirements and specifications relative to integration mapping and product configuration.

- Ability to research and recommend custom design to resolve client/business issues/problems and interpret business requirements into application configuration tasks.

- Drive process and productivity improvements into existing operations based on analysis of existing processes versus system capabilities and anticipated gains. Define return on investment and gain alignment with Ops/engineering on associated ROI and resourcing.

- Ensure all customer and business process enhancement requests are aligned with the scope of the core system.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, Version One, JIRA and CONFLUENCE and Translating, analyzing, and simplifying requirements to Add epics & stories and align with standard best practices.

- Provides for 24/7/365 coverage as needed using on call rotation in support of operations under time constraints and pressure situations.
