Position : Chief Technology Officer

About the Company :

Fedelis Technologies is a payments system startup seeking to revolutionize the current payments ecosystem in the country. We are working on a solid roadmap to bring this to reality - the founding team includes ex- IIT, IIM and Computer Science graduates. The company is well funded with founders having proven track of scaling up businesses. One of the founders has established a $ 5 billion business conglomerate from scratch in India. Fedelis is creating a cutting edge payments engine riding on the layer of banking system in the country. Apart from providing core transaction services the company will provide value added services based on big data analytics and business intelligence. Fedelis is also creating services centered around its core transactions engine primarily in the financial services domain.

CTO Profile & Job Responsibilities:

- Complete responsibility of software engineering, product development, data analytics, business intelligence and tech infrastructure of the company.

- Be a core member of the product definition team, lead the product architecture, development and execution of products.

- Build and develop a world class technology team.

- Full involvement in development work on day to day basis.

- Managing relationship with partner's and customer's technology teams for seamless integration and service delivery.

- Create and communicate the technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers and stakeholders.

Skills:

- Experience building large scale applications with modern web frameworks. Thorough knowledge of Java technologies, Mobile technologies, Spring framework, relational DBs to build world class scalable platforms.

- Solid conceptual knowledge of software development lifecycle.

- Deep knowledge of project management best practices with an emphasis on light weight processes (Agile, Scrum, Lean, XP, RAD, etc.)

- Experience of building scalable fully redundant, zero fault, secure systems to facilitate transactions will be a plus.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6-10 years prior experience preferred

- Education Background : IIT/BITS/NIT
