New business sourcing through DSAs & cross selling third party products Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Business to be sourced from the DSA/DST
- Location Business volumes; Logins / sanctions disbursement
- Team recruitment & retention
- Soft collection
- Team Management
- Appointment of channel partners/ DST
- Coordination with credit/Legal/technical agencies for smooth functioning
- Team Productivity
- Responsible for third party product penetration
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience; 5-8 years
- Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening skills and verbal communication
- Location volumes & profitability
- Must have technical / professional qualifications: Optional
- Key performance indicators ; Login and Disbursement budgets
- Productivity & Origination quality norms
- Insurance cross sell & file docket quality norms
