Relationship Executive - Gold Loan
Role title: Relationship Executive-MSE LAP

Reports to: Sales Manager-MSE LAP
Location: Bangalore
Role purpose:
Business generation through Open Market Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Responsible to source MSE LAP business from direct sourcing & connector channel
- Responsible for empaneling connectors and engaging with them regularly for business.
- Responsible for BTL activities to generate leads.
- Lead follow-up for conversion.
- Coordination with credit team/ customers to achieve business targets.
- Responsible for full-filling the MSE LAP files right from sourcing till disbursements and also PDD collection
- Responsible for delinquency management
- Process compliance
- Cross selling third party products
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Work Experience:
- 1 to 5 Yrs Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience.
- Analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills.
- Very good listening skills and verbal communication
- Understanding of Home Loan/ LAP products
- Good selling skills
Must have technical/Professional qualifications: Optional
Key performance indicators:
- Login and Disbursement budgets
- Productivity & Origination quality norms
- Insurance cross sell & file docket quality norms
