Educational qualification: A candidate with a Degree in an electronic/Instrumentation discipline from a premier institute with at least five year's experience in power electronics/Energy solution.

Responsibilities: The shortlisted candidate will:

- Augment and lead the R&D team with his/her proven subject matter knowledge in the field of power management

- Understand customer requirement and design an appropriate solution

- Will design, develop and integrate products in line with the customer requirements

- Lead the Product development team in managing the entire product lifecycle

- Guide the technical team with a view to supporting our range of power management solutions and their peripheral products

- File patents for our products

- Interact with our technology partners and understand their product imperatives

- Assist in development of new alternate energy products (BESS, Special batteries, power banks, energy management system)

- Conduct FAT (Factory assurance test) and SAT (Site assurance test) with our installation and commissioning team (if required)

- Preparation of Standard documents for products i.e. Technical manual, Technical datasheet etc

Required skills:

- Knowledge of design and development of Embedded systems

- Cost estimation, System Analysis and Design, in depth knowledge of new product development

- Knowledge on Validation and verification of embedded systems

- Understanding of electrical/electronic schematics and data-sheets

- Good Problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of different types of ESS, battery chemistry, Power electronics, Renewable energy sources, Buck -boost converters

- Should have good Communication & Presentation skills.
