- Hiring for City Manager, Zonal Manager Regional Manager - Experience in B2B Real Estate, We require candidate who has Knowledge of Promoters of Commercial, Residential & Hospitality sector. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization where you have to connect to multiple

- Builders & Developers to sell our Brand logo to one who has land parcels and want to invest with FTV Brand name to grow into Luxury segment with us by branding their new projects as F Residency, F Tower, F Mall, F Hotels, F Villas, F resort and more.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs

- Negotiate and close deals with high-profile clients and enterprise accounts Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities Track and report on sales performance and KPIs Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Required Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in strategic accounts and enterprise sales, preferably in the real estate or B2B industry similar who has connected to promoter before for any kind of sales relation - e.g. Loan, Ceramics, Construction, Media, ad sales or as such Demonstrated success in leading and managing a high-performing sales team

- In-depth knowledge of B2B sales strategies and tactics Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decisions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events

Note - Candidate can also work/relocate in Mumbai from different cities listed above.

Age criteria - Max 42 years
