Manager - Marketing
Responsibilities:
BTL Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive below-the-line marketing strategies aligned with Fasal's brand objectives, business goals and target audience.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of BTL marketing campaigns, including offline activations, events, experiential marketing and point-of-sale materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery of campaign assets.
CRM Program Management:
- Develop and manage the CRM program to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Implement strategies for customer segmentation, lifecycle management, personalized communication, and customer journey mapping.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize CRM data and analytics tools to analyze customer behavior, trends, and preferences.
- Extract actionable insights to optimize BTL and CRM strategies, improve customer targeting, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Customer Communication:
- Develop and execute personalized and targeted communication campaigns through various channels, such as email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
- Craft compelling messaging to engage customers and drive desired actions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer service, to align BTL and CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration and consistent customer experiences across touch points.
Vendor Management:
- Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners for BTL and CRM initiatives.
- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables are met within budget and timeline.
Measurement and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of BTL and CRM initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM / ABM from a reputed Institute.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (agri-business experience is preferred).
- Work experience in Marketing function preferably in rural Markets.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- The inclination to use technology as a tool for all service offerings
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
