Farmley - Head - Cashew Responsibilities : 1. Sourcing and vendor development of cashew PAN India 2. Quality standardisation and good knowledge of Cashew quality parameters. 3. Knowledge of Raw Cashew Nut and Cashew Kernel markets. 4. Cashew Nut and Agri commodities procurement, selling and trading functions. 5. Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for developing trading network and customer base 6. Identifying and developing new business opportunities and penetrating new markets for Cashew and other commodities trading. 7. Ensuring timely services/supply of products to customers including dealers and distributors. 8. Close checking and supervision of products quality and ensuring that the products meet maximum attainable standard of quality and reliability. 9.Implementation and maintenance of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies with specific focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvements. 10. Budgeting and goals/targets setting along with full P &amp; L responsibility.
