Farmley - EA To Founder

People with good communication and hustling skills needed!

- We are looking for someone from a top business school in India with 1-2 yrs of experience. Freshers after MBA will be considered if they have experience pre MBA. Preferred candidate would be from Finance and strategy background. EA experience in FMCG sector also preferred.

- S/he will be shadowing the Founder in day to day activities and will help him in executing his work more efficiently and making informed decision. Some broad functions:

1. Helping in preparing the long term B-plan of the company.

2. Briefing the Founder before any important meeting

3. Preparing important presentation for the Investors/stakeholders

4. Preparing Ad-hoc financial/business analysis as required for helping Founder to take data based informed decision.

5. Follow up with the relevant stakeholders/department heads for any ongoing projects

6. S/he will be point of contact from the Founder office in his absence. We really need smart and sharp candidate who has some sense of business.

7. Strong analytical and presentation skills needed

Kindly note this is not a PA position but a mid senior level position which transforms a person to a leadership role in the future.
