Job Description and Responsibilities: -

We are looking for a Manager/ Sr. Manager, Finance to be based at company's corporate office in Gurgaon who is going to have accounting/ financial background with strong techno functional experience in working with SAP/Oracle, incumbent will lead the team of existing Accounts employees. Broadly but not limited to your role and responsibilities are going to include:

1. Preparation and analysis of Profitability Statement, Finalization of Books of Accounts, Preparation of Financial Statement, Budgeting and MIS Reports.

2. Setting up credit facilities with banks and liasoning for their sanction/ documentation and disbursement. Ensure various banking compliances, Bank Reconciliation etc

3. Finance planning, forecasting, controlling and budgeting, analysis of investment opportunities and fund requirements.

4. Finalization of consolidated financial statement of company, preparation of reports for financial presentation to the Company's Management

5. Responsible for preparing Balance sheet & Profit/Loss Account of company and MIS reports.

6. Responsible for Monthly Books of Accounts management, Account receivable and Account payable etc

7. Develop required Finance and payment related policies and procedures .

8. Responsible for Income Tax compliance, returns etc

9. Responsible for GST compliance, refunds and returns etc

10. Responsible for Quarterly Stock/Inventory audit, fixed assets audit and variance analysis (if any) in company's warehouse / branches across India

11. Prepare and provide timely and accurate reports of working capital, Debt & Investment etc

Candidate requirement:-

- Qualified CA 2-5 years of working experience is required.

- Working experience on SAP /Oracle is mandatory, the person must be good in Tally, Ms office .

- Effective communicator, with strong oral and written English communication skills.
