State Head
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving AOP target, ensuring growth and profitability of the assigned State
- Develop and implement retailer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory management and product line demand issues, set the business direction, and coordinate follow-ups with retailers
- Identify various Institutions closely working with farmers directly and build relationships
- Leverage integrating FarMart App to access farmers and provide inputs/benefits to them.
- Work with HO to execute specific partnership, MoU, agreement as per the need of business model
- Retailer management including reach expansion
- Supervise and manage the support functions:
- Plan and follow up with teams for seamless flow of materials
- Ensuring that the team is uploading required documents in the portal to get the Retailers payment done.
- Actively manage inventory concerns as appropriate to meet business objectives
- Keep a close eye on competition

- Education Qualifications - Min Graduate (Decent College),
- Someone mathematically strong, smart learner, decision making abilities, Line Management Skills, can manage large teams
