Experience:

- 14 Yrs of experience in an E-Property portal & preferably part of a good startup team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for designing the Online Property platform along with tech team.

- Responsible to conceptualize and strategize the business model alongwith the founder

- Responsible for hiring the team & successfully executing the Business plan

- Responsible for a listing of properties for selling and leasing.

- Responsible for Training the franchisees on a regular basis & creating training material

- Ensuring all the KPI targets are met or exceeded.

- Responsible for building a high performing team
